The concept behind jail and bail lies in throwing people in “Jail” based on a variety of different trumped up (but fun) charges. You can even opt to have someone arrested! The fundraising part comes when the jailed person has to bail themselves out or spend the afternoon in "jail" making phone calls to raise the bail money which is actually a donation towards The Healing Place's Outreach Ministries. These ministries include (but are not limited to):

-Homeless Rehab/Prevention
-Shelters for battered women/children
-Youth After School Activities
-Human Traffiking Prevention/Assistance
-Transitional housing for families
-Drug rehab placement
-GED Program/Continued Education Classes
-Job Training/Placement
-Mobile Food Truck
-Clothing Closet
-Healthcare Assistance
